Complete nightmare

Hi mr or mrs we were there on 06/04/17-booking for 2 nights-but hotel reception have no booking confirmation,insisting booking is valid from 04/06 to 04/08!!can you imagine-3 months for less then 60 pounds!!nothing help and we pay additional for one night and gone.... how could we be happy and recommend your service someone else!? never again! thank you once again v.sivkov
