This building was built in 1988 and completely renovated in 2004. It has a garden of 600 sq metres. Consisting of a two buildings of seven floors each, totalling 157 apartments. The hotel has a lobby with lifts and reception 24 hours. It also has a game room, a TV room, bicycle hire service and cellar for storing and parking. Guests can relax and spend time in the gardens, which have a swimming pool, pool bar, deck chairs and umbrellas. It also offers bicycle, pool tables and a programme of activities (depending on season).
