The lobby is small in size, with marble floor and some colums, the reception desk is right in front of the main entrance. There is also a nice bar.
This is a typical portuguese complex, not very modern, but very well refurbished from outside.
The rooms are decorated in a classical style, all equipped with phone, TV, air conditioning, bathroom some with shower some with bath-tub.
There is no restaurant but just a breakfast room.
The Hotel Residencial Alfonso Iii offers air conditioning. The hotel is suitable for sportsmen.
The Hotel Residencial Alfonso Iii rooms offers the use of an hairdryer.

We had lovely stay the staff were so kind rooms were clean plenty of hot water a fabulous choice of breakfast a nice 5 min flat walk to the city centre and 3 mins to the train and bus station which were easy to use nothing complicated to see the coast and towns of the algarve
