Luxury on the irish sea
This was a lovely location right on the beach. the hotel has been nicely updated and maintained while preserving the old elegance of the jameson estste. my room was small but comfortable snd algho right on the besch i couldnt see the beach from my groung gloor room as there is a grassy knoll that is just high enough to block the view for the first floor rooms. although so close to the beach i couldnt hear a sound. it was super quiet, other than for the other guest room doors that closed rather loudly, and icould often hear voices in gbe hallway. there was no complimentary lotion in the room, only shampoo and bath gel. breakfast in the morning was very good. lots of options and the food was fresh and delicious. i would stay here again in a heartbeat. lots of people were swimming st the beach and it is a nice walk to malahide on the walkway, about 2 miles.
