Lobby
The lobby is large and spacious. It has a small shop, plenty of leather sofas and tables and an impressive old staircase leading to the upper floors. It has retained much of the old charm due to many original features.
Exterior
This hotel is one of the oldest properties of this kind in Europe (it first opened in 1857). It's ornate, beautiful old facade is one of the citys' treasured jewels since most of Warsaw was destroyed during the second world war.
Rooms
All the rooms are large with high ceilings and tall French windows, allowing a lot of light in. Although the size of the rooms reflect the era when the hotel was constructed, so too does the funiture and decor. Rooms are in good condition and many have recently been renovated.
Restaurant
There are two restaurants, one serving Polish local dishes and the other offering international cuisine.
