Luxury and style at low price

The hotel has recently been refurbished and first impressions are good. reception area is like a court yard complete with palm trees and access to bar and restaurant. rooms are comfortable with everything you are likely to need. all the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. breakfast was stunning, all you could eat from fresh fruit, cereals, full english breakfast or omelettes cooked to order as well as breads, ham salmon and cheese, cakes and vodka and champagne! the hotel is well situated with a metro and tram stop opposite the hotel. lots of good restaurants nearby or you can eat in the hotel restaurant.

Excellent place to sat in warsaw!

We only stayed 1 night, but can only recommend the hotel
for its friendly service, good location, great rooms (free upgrade) ,and lovely breakfast too.

What a smashing hotel

Stayed at the polonia palace with my wife for four nights. we found everything ideal for a great stay in central warsaw.the location is excellent, for sightseeing purchase the tram/bus/metro tickets as alot of the places of interest are several km apart. cost of this for 24 hours in zone one is 12zlty some £2.50 which is a bargain this covers all city centre areas where 90% of attractions are. this hotel is easily the best kept hotel i have visited . attention to keeping it top notch is carried out daily.

Great location

Excellent hotel. located close to central train station, metro, bus & tram routes.old town very walkable.plenty of restaurants bars and shops located close by. very good breakfast. room was a decent size and spotlessly clean.

Excellent hotel and location

I had a very pleasant stay at the polonia palace hotel. i found the reception staff to be very helpful and professional. my room on the top floor had a view of the pkin building and the standard of cleanliness was excellent. the hotel is located near public transport routes: trams, metro and buses. the no. 175 bus takes one from the airport to the polonia palace in approximately 35-40 minutes. breakfast was super and catered for all tastes. fresh fruits and yoghurt were appreciated, a good selection of cheese and hams. good size pot of coffee was also appreciated.

i would highly recommend this hotel.

A great introduction to poland and warsaw

Great location, minutes walk from centralna station. very helpful staff.
room and facilities first class.
an amazing breakfast, the first time we have had vodka and sparkling wine at breakfast!!
