The room was small but clean as well as bathroom. however, the wall was so thin that we could hear all the noise of the next room at night. the window of the room could not be opened, so could not get fresh air from outside. 4 min walk from roma termini station. so it is very convenient if you travel by train. one thing we were not happy about the service was wrong information from the front desk. we were informed by the front dest that es(express train)to florence departs from platform no.7 but it was no.4. (the platform has to be checked at station.)
