Posizione molto comoda, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria per raggiungere venezia. bagno senza il box doccia ma con una tenda vicino al wc che quando fai la doccia si bagna tutto. foto delle stanze nel sito non veritiere. vicino all'albergo non c'è un posto decente per cenare. colazione molto abbondante.

Ambiente bello,camere ordinate (vengono pulite e gli asciugamani cambiati regolarmente) anche se un po' piccole ma per brevi periodi è molto utile. colazione continentale quindi abbondante,puoi scegliere ciò che vuoi e staff gentile e disponibile. zona un po' brutta per la molta presenza di stranieri ma ci sono anche molti turisti che non lo fanno pesare. l'unico problema non riguarda l'hotel ma il fatto che i bus per venezia che passano lì vicino sono sempre pieni.

Venice is expensive and even staying in mestre is not for those on a strict budget. with this in mind we did not have high expectations for a hotel that asks 32 eur/night including breakfast and that is 400m away from mestre train station. positive: cheap breakfast is good enough for a 3 star hotel walking distance from train station staff was friendly and helpful and all spoke english rooms have ac wifi coverage is good negative: the park next to the hotel on piave road is extremely shady after dark, full with drug dealers and prostitutes. they left us alone but i can imagine some people will feel very uneasy here. walls are paperthin, we were kept awake by our neighbours' snoring and were woken up each morning by people passing in front of our door. our bathroom was ridiculously small with no separate shower cabin, the shower head was between the sink and the toilet. taking a shower made the entire bathroom wet. water pressure left much to be desired on the 3rd floor. the keys with the room numbers on them are hanging there for everyone to see in the reception and you have to hand in your key every time you go out. nobody checked our id when we asked for our key back - if we wanted to, we could name any room number we wanted and steal people's stuff. don't leave any valuables behind in your room.

Ho prenotato una doppia di uso singolo ma mi è stata data una stanza singola piccola. anche il bagno è piccolo, soprattutto la doccia. la struttura è troppo vecchia, si sente ogni mattina minimo rumore proveniente da fuori. e poi non funzionava il riscaldamento e ho dovuto dormire con un maglione... la posizione è ottima e anche la colazione è molto buona. per lavoro ho fatto diverse prenotazioni non cancellabili...

L'hotel si trova in una traversa della centrale via piave, a una decina di minuti dalla stazione. le camere sono arredate in stile veneziano, pulite e la colazione è davvero varia e abbondante.

We booked room with airconditioning but were given non-air rooms when got there (the rooms were given to someone else?). talked to the front desk so they ended putting us in better rooms, although one of the room is in a remote building.

Hotel in posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione di mestre, struttura di medio livello in linea con la cat.3 stelle.camere normali.alcune delle quali poste in una dependance a circa 150 dalla struttura principale.tale situazione non e' stata comunicata all'atto della prenotazione.a noi e' stata assegnata camera presso dependance scomoda il mattino per la colazione servita nell'hotel centrale.parcheggio a pagamento € 13 a notte.

The hotel is very nice, beautiful venetian design, helpful front-desk staff, great breakfast, room cleaned daily, 15 min (by train) to venice , the room is kinda small but has everything you need, but the phonic insulation between the rooms needs improvement; it's not at all pleasant to wake up in the middle of the night because your neighbor is using the bathroom.

Ottima la posizione..a poco piu di 200 m c'è la stazione ferroviaria di mestre, i treni regionali partono ogni 5min per venezia e ti permettono di raggiungerla in meno di 10..adiacente alla stessa c'è ank la stazione dei bus che con stessa e frequenza e tempi di percorrenza collegano mestre con venezia..hotel ideale quindi per chi voglia visitare venezia senza voler spendere troppo per il soggiorno..con la media di 50€ a notte per una matrimoniale è accessibile a tutti..stanze un po piccole,l'essenziale, dotate cmq di tv e aria condizionata..in bagno anzicchè il piatto doccia c'è una splendida vasca da bagno, inusuale per gli hotel..cosigliato a chi vuole vivere venezia per qlc giorno spendendo poco..

La posizione del "piave" è il punto di forza: vicinanza alla stazione di mestre! ho soggiornato in una tripla, pulita e moderna con tanto di stampa veneziana. unico neo il bagno piccolo e con doccia senza piatto. colazione buona e varia. personale gentile. tariffa hotelsclick imbattibile! lo consiglio e vi tornerò.

Mein erster eindruck war die unfreundlichkeit der empfangsperson. er machte , als ob er keine zeit gehabt hätte, sich um uns zu kümmern, was auch nur 5 minuten für das check-in kostete. ein lächeln kostet doch nichts. weitere fragen zu stellen hat sich nicht gelohnt, weil er wieder beschäftigt war??? das zimmer ist in ordnung. zu empfehlend ist das frühstückbüffet continental.

My wife and son had 2 rooms. we had 3 wonderfull days in florens. the hotel is next door to the dome in the middle of the centre. no cars in the streets, and a lovely balkon on the top of the roof. the breakfast was very poor. no morning buffet but 2 pieces of bread with jam + tea and coffee. parkingsituation in the center is difficult. a compagny arranged with my car for 1 euro pr hour = 70 euros.
