Worst location! no parking, no access in car. have in mind that if you stay here, you have to carry on your bags from some blocks through a lot of people and if you go on summer, good luck. incompetent staff. did not find our reservation even with the number of our booking online. had to wait for 30 mins for her to finally, give as a room. did not offer any complimentary service or even a glass of wine after waiting for all the time. this is not a service of a 4 star hotel. the room is very mediocre, it is a 3 star hotel. awful buildings around the hotel (bad smell and awful view from our window).
