This was our second stay at the park inn alexander platz. the staff are delightful and we were upgraded to a tv tower view room which was stunning. breakfast buffet is plentiful with ample choice. i phoned 'services' for an iron and kettle and it arrived within 5 minutes. only negatives for us were having to pay for wifi connection and the seating in spagos bar is an incredibly uncomfortable arrangement, but service and particularly prices are excellent.

We had a great trip to berlin and made even better by our stay at park inn. service we received was excellent, staff could not be more helpful. yes there was a wait for checking in but it is a very big hotel and all check in desks were in use. i would recommend this hotel to "anyone" because of service, quality of breakfast, cleanliness and location. well done. oh yes and especially thank you to "erik" on "telephone" desk who very kindly booked our restuarant fot the saturday night. :-)

Just got back from a stay in this very nice hotel. it is excellently located to all the sites in berlin inclucing a short walk to the river and easy access to all transport systems. ask for a room on a higher level facing the tv tower. rooms are clean and really quite. be sure to ask for a double bed if you require one as our double bed came with single beds pushed together. the bathroom is a bit weird as it is in the same room just separated by glass. the buffet breakfast was great and they do an evening buffet for 20 euros but make sure you get in early as we left it a bit late and some of the stuff was gone. the only disappointing fator for us was that there were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room and they charge 5 euros for any room service. one last thing watch your bill when you check out as they did try to charge us for an hours internet usesage that we had not had.

Gorgeous hotel in a fantastic location! the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed. we had breakfast included which was an excellent selection of everything you could want. the hotel entrance was right opposite the train station, and a in a great location for walking around discovering restaurants, cafes and bars. the hotel staff were all lovely too. i really couldn't fault it!

The locarion of this hotel can not be bettered with every major site within walking distance.a lot has been said about the bathroom configuration and you would have to be very close to whoever you share the room with.,we also found the heating controls impossible to fathom which meant the room ws cold most of the time.but breakfast was very good our experience of the staff acceptable all in all would recommend

This hotel is centrally located and very close to both the s bahn (train) and the u bahn (underground). the breakfast restaurant located on the 2nd floor, provides a decent continental breakfast with lots to choose from. for fried food you will have to pay extra to access to first floor restaurant. there's a casino but you need a collar and tie to enter, they will loan you one if you've travelled without. all in all it's a good hotel which i would return to.

The park inn is a very comfortable hotel with excellent transport links less than 100 metres from the hotel. there was a very wide choice available at the buffet breakfast.

Have stayed here before so knew what to expect and was not disappointed in any way. staff are super friendly and helpful. we had asked for a corner room - double windows - and had 33rd floor! superb views over all of berlin, especially at night. breakfast was buffet with a choice that no-one can complain about. more adult hotel in no facilities as such for kids. casino on top floor was fun and not expensive. great location beside shops and train station.

The hotel is ideally situated for travel anywhere in the city, easy access to the airport as well. rooms are of a reasonable size, and well maintained. the breakfast selection was very good, as was the standard of the food. the restaurant and bar, attached to the hotel, was very pleasant but what spolit it was the over priced food and drinks.

An excellent hotel, 2nd time i've stayed there in 2 months. well recommended due to excellent location. alexanderplatz station just 2 minutes from hotel, trams and buses only 3 minute away. excellent view from hotel, especially if you are high up in the 37 floor hotel!

Had a great stay at the impressive park inn. staff were very polite, friendly and helpfull and the room serviced every day to a very high order. location was excellant and a 5 minutes walk from mitte and 2 minutes from alexanderplatz train station which has trains that will take you all over the city. buffet breakfast was vast and impressive also. all in all a great stay at a top hotel.

Smart clean rooms with modern furniture & flat screen tv! (only one english channel - sky news) plenty of storage room, comfy beds & a mini bar, although 4 euros for a small bottle of water was a bit steep - more expensive than the beer! breakfast was very good, all you can eat buffet with loads of choice. the breakfast was included when we booked through hotelsclick. hotel bar was a bit pricey, 5 euros for a draft beer. overall, an excellent stay & would definately go there again

Excellent hotel ,very central ,brilliant location for bus tram and underground connections.staff very pleasant and efficient.we arrived at 11am and were not due into our rooms until 2pm but the rooms were ready and we got immediate occupancy which was great after a very early morning start.rooms were a great size with fantastic views over thee city.

Excellent hotel for position and price. staff very friendly. we had meal in spagos restuarant and drinks in the bar again excellent. breakfast had plenty of choice both hot and cold. rooms had everything you needed except tea/coffee facilities which would have been nice, beds very comfortable. ensuite shower and toilet facilities with frosted glass for privacy.
