Great hotel,handy for union street.good rooms, although lower floor rooms at front of hotel get some noise from road, so ask for a harbour facing room.breakfast was good, although could be warmer.restaurant staff were very good and always at hand to help with any enquiries.all in all,a great hotel if you can get a deal which suits you.
