We don't recommend this hotel. the location is perfect, but the room we were in (no. 2) was awful. stains on the wall, moulds in the shower etc. we didn't want to touch anything in the room (but we had to, of course). the personnel didn't even say 'good morning' when we had breakfast. when they cleaned our room, they left the windows wide open (what if anyone had climbed through them?) and the lights on. and it costed us a lot too! but that seems to be the problem everywhere in london: there just isn't a decent hotel that isn't too expensive. luckily, the sheets were clean and we slept quite well.
