Malta is one of the best place to visit specially in april when it is not busy. the hotel paradise bay resort is in good location, easy access to public transport and ferries. the hotel staff was polite and very helpful, i asked for extra bed for 15 months old and they provide one within few minutes. overall i am pleased with the service received by hotel/staff and recommend to everyone.

This hotel is a stones throw away from the ferry port to malta and the rooms although all face the sea from some angle its either facing the busy port road or over the pool. we had 3 rooms all at different sides and all 3 couples found it noisy. the disabled room was not equiped properly and the only difference with that bathroom and the other 2 we had was a lower bath so putting my disabled father inthebathwas not at all easy. thehotel indoor poolwasbeing renovated so was out of action and a reason we bookedso we could take my father inthe pool. we were not warned about this and we booked in may so they must have known, this was not really good practise. the breakfast was poor with old or overcooked hot food options. the restaurant not the buffet hall was of poor standard. he evening entertainment up to 2 star standard and on the whole apart from the facilities this hotel would rate no higher than a 3 star. we have stayed in 4 star hotels all over the world and this hotel does not compare. he staff are friendly and helpful

I stayed here with sole intention of using the hotel as a base for getting early ferry to gozo. happy to say room and hotel were fine.
