The Hotel proposes a wide range of impeccable services and amenities, among the best offered by 4 star hotels in Rome. An internet connection is provided at internet point at riception and also assured by the wi-fi access point in all the hotel, using the wireless keyboard provided and the TV... Not a four star or only in its prices.
Stayed four nights, booked two rooms. one of the rooms was nearly a small cell, window (behind a wardrobe) opens to a smelly, dirty place. the other room was bigger, but far from being a four-star-size with window to the busy street. in november heating is a must. had to ask many time for heating, the first night was like in a fridge. staff at the reception is very helpful. staff at the breakfast place (on the roof) is slow. always had to wait for clean cutlery, plates and even for tables. on sunday at 9am they ran out of some types of food (breakfast from 7am to 10am). internet/wifi is not free, can't print out some urgent materials. i was disappointed with the hotel as i expected something real four-stars. would not recommend for my friends.
