- cockroaches in coffee house, near the coffee machine. - a lot of mosquitos. - dark room, not enough lights. - morning breakfast buffett food were mostly cold. - water build up in toilet; partly flooded. - slow service by trainee. + nice sceneries + comfortable room for two
