We had a lovely stay at the ostoya palace and would go back. the room was comfortable, obviously recently refurbished so smart and very clean. the towels and linen were changed every day (though we didn't request that). the staff were friendly and the bar absolutely worth a visit - very cosy. location was in a quiet area only a short walk from the main square. a good hotel.

Wonderful location very close to centre of city. warm comfortable room but no view from our 2nd floor room unless you stood on bed to open velux window. superb breakfast, friendly staff and thick white towelling robes in rooms.

Stayed here as a family in 2 adjoining rooms. rooms beautifully furnished and very comfortable. the portions of cake we ordered from room service were delicious and enormous (we couldn't finish them). we were only here one night and made to feel very welcome. all the staff were very attentive and accomodating - and spoke english well. had a spa which we didn't try.

Pleasant hotel, very helpful reception staff. the kuranty pub in the basement was very good indeed with good beer and excellent food. the hotel is well located only a short walk from the main square. it is also a fairly easy walk to the central railway station
