This is a well located small apartment style hotel which offers very good value for money. Good but lots of room for improvement!
Compared to the wide array of hotels available in dubai, oriental palace hotel apartments would not score too high. reasons i base my opinion on are: a) not the cleanest of bathrooms, with marks and scartches in the bath tub and nothing that can be done about it. b) dominance of arabic channels on the tv (with cnn as only proper channel in english language) and staff's refusal to accommodate other channels as they are on additional subscription and they want to charge you for it separately! c) a reasonable high charge for use of internet services and no wifi facility.
