This 4 star hotel is located in the city centre Dubai of Dubai and was established in 2003. It is close to the World Trade Centre. The Hotel has a coffee shop, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre/gym. All 412 rooms are equipped with minibar, hairdryer, safe, trouser press, ironing set... More than disappointing
The hotel is under reconstruction, a fact i wasn't made aware of before booking or even upon check in. i was hence woken up by hammering and drilling directly above my head between 6 and seven in the morning, and the hotel said there's nothing they could do about it. the room was unusable during daytime. the last day the hammering started at 3.15 a.m. and l checked out a day early. apart from all that, this is certainly not an international hotel in terms of standards. they weer unable to organize a pick up from the airport. water and coffee were not automatically replenished. one day the room wasn't made up. there was not external phone line, only via the operator. the alleged in-hotel spa service doesn't exist. i could go on and on and on. it was unbelievable and i would never stay there again.
