Hotel i.o., buchung nicht

Hotel in ordnung, aber buchung über hotelsclick.com katastrophal: kein service, keine antwort, aber abzocken: trotz vorauszahlung muss ein hotelbuchungsdienst bei höherer gewalt (vulkanausbruch, flugannullierungen) rückerstatten. hotel ja, buchung über hotelsclick.com nie wieder!
