Hotel nova is ideally situated near dam square and offers excellent access to attractions on foot and also by tram, which runs on the street in front. the hotel is quiet and clean with a pleasant reception area and friendly staff who are there at all times, day and night. the rooms are well maintained and serviced each day. our room was a little cramped due to too much furniture being crammed in (the table, chairs and fridge were not really necessary). the breakfast was quite good and items were replenished througout the breakfast period. the hotel has good facilities, such as free internet access and hair dryers in rooms. i would recommend hotel nova as a pleasant, well located place to stay in amsterdam
