The hotel is undergoing renovation works until September 2009. These include a new conference centre, reception and lobby as well as an additional wing of rooms.
The Sogndal hotel is located in the centre of Sogndal, the provinsial capitl of the area. Being in the centre is not so good in this case As guests will miss the majestic scenery of the Fjords in the surrounding area.
