My wife and i stayed for3xnights, we found it easy to find from tube station, basic, but very clean, room a little cramped, but adequate for our needs,staff very helpful, and friendly, when approached, buffet breakfast was very minimal, but again clean, there was a fridge in our room but did not work, and although we reported this, on leaving was not fixed ,quiet bar available, and very central for access to all london has to offer

Clean; mattress lumpy; first day banging of doors at 3 a.m.; 2nd day banging of doors, hammering on doors and shouting; staff knew very little about london; 8.30 a.m. shower barely warm; breakfast fine. girl in the bar regularly left to stand outside the front door smoking. the management seemed lax, but staff friendly.

Clean, friendly,reception staff very helpfull very convienient for paddington underground buffet breakfast excellent breakfast room although in a basement area was well lit and a bright and fresh decor and bright staff dress belied the location
