The place is comfortable, clean and has lots of character and fun creative features. the staff are courteous and helpful. if you have a car, beware the cost of parking. location is within walking distance to brussels centre, but it is a long walk. public transport is available nearby. complementary bottles of water in the mini fridge were a nice touch.

Hotel was really clean and well presented. staff were very helpful and friendly (especially liked 'sunflower' on reception!). they went out of their way to help us with some awkward room numbers. one complaint on hotelsclick.com though was that the hotel has changed name some time ago. we had a problem getting taxi as the address is correct but the hotel name is now 'hotel bloom'.
