Terrible reception
Reception person did not want to honor reservation, said they had no rooms. they agreed when i showed them my receipt and gave me the worst room imaginable, far away as possible, many stairs to navigate, but assured me that someone would help with my luggage when i checked out. when i called in the am, i was told i would have to take care of my own bags and when i informed them that i was a senior citizen and could not, they agreed to come for them. in all my years of many travels, i have never experienced such poor service.
