Falta de factura

El servicio del hotel es bueno, hasta que llegó el momento de darme una factura. no quisieron hacerme la factura y me derivaron a una agencia de viajes que no está en la argentina que te da facturas no válidas para nuestro sistema impositivo. muy mala la actitud del hotel y cuando llamé por teléfono, el señor que me atendió me cortó la llamada
