This hotel is really nice - great views and service. i would recommend it especially in the summer when you can take advantage of the beautiful pool.

This was our first time staying at the hyatt in newport, ri. we had an excellent experience. the staff were accommodating, friendly and well informed of places to eat, shop, etc. we loved it! we are already planning our next trip to newport and will definitely come back to the hyatt. thank you all for a wonderful time.

Dieie matratze im zimmer war steinalt mit einem tiefen loch in der mitte. nach einer schlechten nacht habe ich um einen austausch der matratze gebeten. dieser wurde mir zugesichert oder alternativ der umzug in ein anderes zimmer. in der nächsten nacht lag ich wieder mit rückenschmerzen auf derselben kaputten matratze. weiterhin: die küche ist unterirdisch, deshalb war wohl auch niemand im restaurant. ein capuccino auf der schönen terasse benötigte mehr als 30 minuten und mehrere nachfragen. fazit: von 3 wochen in unterschiedlichen hotels in nordamerika die mieseste unterkunft.
