A medium size lobby with good natural light due to an atrium styled glass ceiling. Plenty of comfortable seating. the restaurant and Bar are located off the lobby area. There is front entrance and rear entrance both accessed from the lobby.
Exterior
The front of the hotel is part of the historic street frontage on Cuba street. The hotel room floors are set back from the street front and in steel and glass. There is a sun deck on the lower level with seating.
Rooms
Large rooms approximately 35 Square metres. The hotel opened in January 2008 so all the rooms have brand new fittings. Twin rooms are two Queen size beds. Good size bathrooms again with brand new fittings. LCD television and kitchenette area. Plain decor with brown sofa and chairs. Good luggage storage and wardrobe space. Tea and coffee facilities, iron and ironing board. Triple and quad is based on 2x queen beds.
