There are various wings in the hotel with most of the rooms facing Mount Cook. The rooms are of high standard following refurbishment, the top three floors of the Aoraki wing being the most dramatic and the highest demand. All rooms have the usual amenities such as mini-bar, tv, hairdryer etc.

There is a buffet restaurant, the Alpine, a silver service restaurant, the Panorama and a coffee shop. there is also a very cosy bar with large open fire.
