Disaapointing lack of attention to detail

Although the hotel was luxurious and service good (not excellent) small niggles ruined the stay for us. the room was extremely small for 3 adults (as booked) and the extra bed was a children's bed and v lumpy. no safety deposit boxes in the room were irksome....shower was positioned awkwardly, dirty bathrobes in the room and numerous phone calls to house keeping! and breakfast was generally poor. not what you expect from the price you pay
