I arrived with my booking reference numbers but the horrible unhelpful reception would not let me check in because i did not have a paper voucher even though he had my reservation on a list. i had to leave the hotel, with my bags, to find an internet cafe on my own to contact hotelsclick. surely i could have checked in and sorted paper work later? my single room had a child sized bed and no outside window, so no natural light at all! the included breakfast was mediocre and service slow.
