Great location and price. good breakfast. could do with coffee/tea facilities in rooms. the sevice in the breakfast room was very good. the service in the reception was excellent in the morning but was badly let down by one member of staff in the early evening. this male of about 40 was very rude, unhelpfull and made customers feel that they were an intrusion to his working day. i noticed this whilst waiting in the foyer watching his behaviour to other guests and to me personally
