have stayed at regency hotel from 6/6/09 for 3 nights. i was worried about the reviews that i've seen. staying at the hotel, i would recommend it to any one. my room was in the 4th floor. shower was excellent, hot water all the time, room very clean, cleaned every day with new towels and soap''etc. the breakfast is a not a hot one, but far more better than a hot breakfast. i could not eat lunch after their good breakfast options (different cheese and meat options, cereals, yugort,bread, corossants (different types), fruit, fruit salad, eggs, ..etc). the hotel is about 2 minutes walk from the tram, and bus stations that will take you anywhere in milan. the staff are very friendly, in particular the resturant staff, well done regency hotel,
