We stayed here for 3 nights in a twin room which was bigger than i expected after reading several reviews on paris hotels. the location is fantastic-2 min walk from the metro-30 minute walk to notre dame. the room was very clean and breakfast was good value (as it was included in the price). the only fault was that there is no air con and we had to sleep with the windows open which was a little noisy. also there are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, but there is a fridge.
