The room was really dirty. the reception wasn't very friendly towards customers. also, they made a big mistake. when i gave them my voucher, they said they couldn't find my booking, they were very unfriendly. they said they couldn't give me a room, but i have already paid my fee. they told me to ask hotelsclick, but it was on sunday at that time, and no one answered the phone. finally, the staff found he made a mistake. it took me more than 2 hours to check in. if i have to visit warsaw again, i wouldn't choose this hotel.
