Grande resort diviso in tre settori. dei tanti ristoranti pubblicizzati abbiamo potuto utilizzare solo il buffet del nostro settore. buona scelta di cibo, organizzazione molto scarsa. qualitá delle camere...hmm spaziose ma sono veramente vecchie e trascurate. in altri resort allo stesso prezzo ho trovato in generale una qualitá molto più alta.

Dopo un tour per cuba ci siamo concessi 5 giorni di riposo al memories paraiso. smentisco le recensioni lette negative. rapporto qualita'-prezzo ottimo.

Una bellisíma experiencia, la playa muy hermosa y el personal siempre con muy buena disposición.lo recomiendo absolutamente! solo sugiero agregar mas variedad de vegetales al buffet.

Ero preoccupato da qualche commento negativo letto nelle varie recensioni; devo dire che tutto è andato bene. la struttura non è tra le più moderne presenti a cayo santa maria ma proprio per questo è tra le più "abbordabili" (molti resort hanno prezzi davvero stellari). bene la piscina, le stanze, il mare, il cibo discreto in quantità incredibili; lo consiglierei.

Amazing hotel to spend some days in a very relaxing atmosphere. this is an all-inclusive hotel, which means once you are inside you are not concerned anymore about payments and you just enjoy the time and the activities. the installations are great: very clean and confortable rooms with a lot of open areas (full of plants, light and cute cats). you have free access to kayaks, aqua-bikes, katamaran. the beach is amazing, the swimming pools are what you would expect, there are several bars around: lobby bar and bbq bar open 24/7, beach and swimming pool bars open until 5pm (aprox.). buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner with nice quality food and variation (don't expect exclusive food, but it's definitely more than enough). there are also specialized restaurants (italian, mediterranean...) for which you should make a reservation during the morning. bbq restaurant is open 24/7. at the beach and swimming pool there are organized activities and music at specific times and you have a daily show around 9pm in the theater. remarkable point is the attention and the service of the personal working there. very nice and friendly people. normally we carried some coins to use as tip for them. wifi available at the lobby (you can buy a wifi-card directly there).
