Più che soddisfacente

Ottimo anche se qualche pecca per un cinque stelle. soprattutto la scarsa professionalità del personale addetto alla prima colazione (con alcune eccezioni, ignorano il cliente e le sue esigenze).

Meliá la habana

Buen hotel, aunque las habitaciones no se corresponden con las de un hotel de cinco estrellas. las cajas de seguridad en la habitación no son seguras. me sustrajeron dinero que había depositado, habiéndo dejado cerrada la caja con una clave. y la reacción del hotel no fue tampoco la más adecuada.

Great hotel

Beautiful hotel. lovely pool. part of it was under construction which was unfortunate. all the same, a great experience.
