Great hotel with fantastic service and help at reception. we had never visited budapest before and the staff provided useful maps and gave directions, called taxis for us and were very well informed on places to visit and the easiest local transport services to get there. room was clean and spacious with mini bar, a sofa bed and a table and chairs for morning coffe and great bathroom including bath and power shower. would highly recommend.
