We had a nice stay in the hotel. room was clean. location was ok, was visiting family in the district, but had i not been, would have found the walk to the u bahn a bit intimidating, didnt feel like a great area. breakfast was chaotic free for all to get a table on busy mornings. we were annoyed that everyday we hung up the do not disturb sign on the door and every day housekeeping came into the room anyway. i contacted the hotel by email to complain/enquire about this but have had no reply. not very good customer service. .
