The hotel was ok it was clean the staff were helpfull, and the restaurant was good. the distance from the hotel to the center of verona was to me far greater than the ik distance it says on their web site and it takes a while to get the hang of their buses and where to get tickets.the buses are always very full and when your on it can be difficult to get off. if i were returning to verona i would choose a hotel as close to the center as i could

The hotel maxim in verona is great value for money. a pleasent place that has all that you need and if you don't mind ther 15 minutes walk (or i beleive you can get a bus) into verona centre it's a great find. we didn't mind the walk in the slightest and found a couple of local drinking/eating spots by being outside of the main tourist area which was great.

The hotel maxim represents excellent value for money and is well placed for visitors to verona who are prepared to walk for 20 minutes to reach the town centre. the hotel is well served by local bus routes to town and the hotel can be reached by taxi from the station for 10 euros. the room was clean and spacious. this hotel is ideal for a short stay in verona.

The hotel is very clean. the room is a excellent size with very good shower. the breakfast is really good. i went to there by car, so i had no problem to get the centre easily, but the hotel is far from the verona centre.i dont´s think is a good idea stay there if you haven't a car. the bar man is a lovely person and you can have a nice talking if speak italian.i had a lovely time in verona and you must visit the lago di garda 50 km from verona...but is a beautiful place.
