Great appartment, customer service a let down
We were staying here for our 25th wedding anniversary. the appartment was great fantastic views and spacious, unfortunately the customer engagement by check in and check out staff is pretty poor. a very plastic welcome a conversation when i mentioned it was our anniversary it was brushed off with clinical information about the hotel, wifi charge is very high and when we asked to arrange a late check out they begrudgingly gave us an hour extra. to really make us feel valued and welcome we were told at check out it would cost an extra $20 which was not conveyed to us when we arranged it. really felt that we were an inconvenience if we approached staff all looked flawless but no customer engagement. we had got a booking at another mantra later in the year which i have since cancelled and booked elsewhere other large chains have better customer service.
