We loved this hotel. on arrival we were pleased to find we had been upgraded to poolside suite which was lovely. the staff couldn't do enough for us and, after a day rip on the saigon river for my birthday, we were touched to return to the room and find a birthday cake and greetings card. so thoughtful.. would definitely stay here again. one word of warning, the pool is deep at nearly two metres with no shallow end. important therefore to watch children and weak swimmers carefully.
