My husband and i picked this hotel for our vacation because we really liked as it looked in the pictures - so cute and authentic! and it really was!!! the hotel is not located in the center, so you have to take the trolley and a subway in order to get they, but as soon as you get the hang of it it's no biggy. :) the rooms are a little bit simple, the furniture are old and some times squicky ;), but all together the hotel is clean, the roomes are cleaned regularely and the towels are changed daily. those who travell with heave laggage be ware there is no elevator in the hotel. the thing that we loved the most is the charming staff. always ready to help, patient to explain in every detail what is the easiest and quickiest way to get somewhere, what would be recommended for us (first timers in budapest) to see. if we ever gonna be back in budapest in the near future we will definitally stay in this hotel again!
