Room was very clean, tidy and was cleaned every day. a nice and cozy place to retire at the end of each day after city tour. because of its location outside of venice mainland if any one wishes to enjoy night life they have to go back to venice but thats not much of a problem as there is good connectivity by water buses and night sevices as well. only negative was the breakfast, although it was continental but the variety was very less and menu was too repetetive and most of the items were pre packed but the quality was ok. i would give this hotel a 4 out of 5. overall a nice stay.
