Went to this hotel to visit family . location is a walking distance from newcastle station although taxis are not expensive . staff service was very friendly and knew the local/wider area well. breakfast was super with all you could want from cold to hot food/drinks. there is a nice bar . internet connection is good on wifi. tv in room good reception . recommend hotel.

Had a great stay at the jury's inn very good price in comparison with other hotels in the area. it was clean and comfotable a bit of damp in the bathroom but nothing too serious. the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very goos. would definately recommend to family and friends.

Hi i resonantly had to book last minute rooms at the jury's inn as my mother was in hospital. with booking while sitting in the hospital i did not realise until we arrived there that i had made a mistake on the booking, however when the hotel manager heard what i had done she went out of her way to accomadate us even going looking for put up beds for my grandchildren. the breakfast in the morning was very good. i would definatly recommend this hotel all the staff went out of there way to help and sort us out even though it was my own fault for net checking my booking.

We stayed at this hotel for the purpose of visiting our son who is at the university. not easy to find even with a sat nav, could not figure out the air conditioning so opened a window which allowed the trafic noise in - better than an alarm call! the shower had seen better days an the water temp could not be turned down below scalding! thus we could not use it. the lack of a car park is a pain and heavy rain in the evening meant i was completley soaked walking back from the nominated car park.

Hotelsclick.com took my money but did not reserve a room at jury's for me. when i rang up to confirm my booking with jury's they told me i had no reservation. i have emailed hotelsclick.com for a refund last week bit i have heard absolutely nothing from them. i have stayed at jury's before and had no problems but this is the first time i have booked with hotelsclick.com, will it be my last or will they refund me the £106.75 i paid them? i will keep you informed on travelwise website.
