We found the hotel nice and clean with the staff friendly. the room was larger than expected as some reviews said they were small, room 305 was fine. overall maintenance was ok with some minor wear and tear showing. location is excellent with really good local restaurants. breakfast is a nice but simple selection of hot and cold. we stayed three nights and would go back
