Had a very nice stay in connection with a conference in the hotel. very close to m station and walking distance to triumph arc and further.

The hotel was good, the room very clean, but stuff was awful. (reception+ concierge).i delivered some flowers to the hotel and after 5 hours they tell me that the flowers doesn t arrive. in fact the flowers were there. other day, i ask which bus i have to get for the airport and at what time. they cannot give me answer. every time i ask them something, they tell me they call me back in the room in few minutes and they never called me back.
