A really excellent hotel next to the famous dom cathedral, handy for the christmas markets. room terrific. friendly and helpful staff. breakfast absolutely great. evening meals on pricey side, but excellently cooked and served. this is how a hotel should be.

Generally a lovely hotel, except our room wasn't serviced during our stay, which was only two nights. however this wasn't too much of a problem. the worst thing was having to ask for our tea three times at breakfast, and we had finished by the time it arrived! apart from this i would recommend this hotel. also, the train station is within walking distance, as is the old town.
