On the whole we didn't have any problems apart from our last morning - we had a 7.30am pick up to go to the airport, so we ordered room service for 7am. by 7.10 it still hadn't arrived. after 2 phone calls to reception who assured us it was on its way, we left our room to check out at 7.20. still there was no sign of it, reception apologised and suggested we grab something(we asked if we could have a doggy bag- of which they replied they didn't have anything for us to put it into). the waitress in the breakfast room told us room service didin't start that early(as there was no staff)!
