Location but little else

No help with luggage just a lady behind a counter. walls with old splattered wallpaper. couldn´t empty bathtub after shower. towels tiny but clean. breakfast was ok and newspaper availability. tv had only basic french channels and that didn´t work until i asked reception to intervene.
