No way!!

I wouldn't stay here even for free!! water is so brown that i didn't use shower, closet door is broken, reception service is terrible that no information provided, wifi connection didn't work at all, outside is so noisy till 4 in morning that i couldn't sleep at all. for this price?? no way!!!!!

Great hotel in a good location

We really enjoyed our stay here. it was nice to have a little luxury after staying in a casa particular. the room was clean, with a large bathroom that had a good shower with a strong water flow and lots of hot water. the pool was particularly nice after touring the surrounding attractions in the heat of the day. the location was only a block off the main square, where most of the attractions were located. the breakfast included a large, interesting selection of foods, which was a refreshing break from the usual eggs and toast. the front desk staff was very polite and helpful.

Super hotel im centrum

Das hotel in der innenstadt von cienfuegos ist ausgezeichnet. große und saubere zimmer. das frühstück entspricht einem 5 sterne haus. auf der dachterrasse hat man einen schönen blick über die stadt. sehr freundliches personal. wenn man länger in der stadt ist, ist der swimmingpool zu empfehlen.

Overpriced hotel

Location of the hotel is excellent for the short stay. however, the price is way too high for the service offered.

Gutes hotel stadtmitte cienfuegos

Schoen restauriertes hotel in der stadtmitte von cienfuegos. geraeumige zimmer, schoener (unbeheizter) pool, guter service und ordentliches essen.
